Pixanor Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PIXANOR. This Terms of Service ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you and Pixanor ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Pixanor website (pixanor.com / pixanor.se) and all related services, features, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all other operating rules and policies we may publish. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pixanor, you accept these Terms in full, without modification. We may refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and may change our eligibility criteria at any time, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country (whichever is higher), to create an account and use Pixanor. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Pixanor’s features, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password, or authenticate via a supported third-party login (such as Google OAuth). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

Pixanor allows you to upload photos and other content to train custom AI models and generate images or videos. You retain ownership of any original images or content you upload, and you own the AI-generated images or other outputs ("Assets") you create using the Service. You may not upload or generate:

Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
Images of minors (anyone under 18) in any context.
Content depicting or promoting hate, violence, or illegal activity.
Content featuring real individuals without their explicit written consent.

We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Technical Uses

You may not:

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Introduce viruses or malicious code.
Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Payment and Credits

Pixanor operates on a credit-based system. Payments are processed via Stripe. Purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used. Unused credit purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request. We reserve the right to change pricing and credit offerings at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Pixanor Service are owned by Pixanor or its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and generated Assets. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. DMCA and Takedown Policy

If you believe content on Pixanor infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] with the required information. We will remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pixanor harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pixanor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid in the previous six months.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Pixanor does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
